DESCRIPTION:Most of us live at a pace that blurs the soul. We are over-stim
 ulated\, exhausted\, and desperately lacking the vocabulary to talk to God
  about the actual reality of our interior lives.\n\nEnter the Psalms.\n\nH
 istorically\, the Psalms have functioned as the church’s prayer book\, s
 ongbook\, and ultimate survival guide for life in a broken world. This isn
 't just poetry\; it's a template for how to stay human\, and how to stay f
 aithful\, in the presence of God.\nWe want to invite you into a slow\, del
 iberate\, three-year journey of hands-on biblical literacy. Starting this 
 summer\, we are formatting our community into a long-form study. No shortc
 uts. Just ten one-hour sessions each summer\, over three consecutive years
 \, tracing the grand narrative from the Garden of Eden all the way to the 
 New Jerusalem.\nHere is where we are going:\n\n\nSummer 1 (2026): Foundati
 on &amp\; Structure (Psalms 1–73). We will learn the anatomy of Hebrew 
 poetry. We'll unpack the five-book structure\, garden/wilderness typology\
 , the axis of Torah and praise\, and how to properly pray a lament.\n\n\nS
 ummer 2 (2027): The Interior Life (Psalms 90–130). This is the soul bef
 ore God. We will look at what it means to sit in the wilderness\, navigate
  exile\, wait on God\, practice penitence\, and find delight in a world of
  distraction.\n\n\nSummer 3 (2028): The Big Vision (Psalms 119–150). Th
 e grand finale. We will study the Pilgrimage Psalms\, the songs of exile\,
  Messianic fulfillment\, and the great crescendo of the final Hallelujah P
 salms where everything that breathes finds its true purpose: praise.\n\n\n
 This is not a lecture series to consume\; it is a workshop for your spirit
 ual formation. To participate\, you need to bring two things:\n\nThe text:
  Grab a copy of the ESV Illuminated Scripture Journal: Psalms on Amazon
  (it’s about $11–15).\nThe tools: Bring colored pencils\, markers\, 
 and an open\, quiet mind.\n\nCome ready to mark up the text\, engage your 
 mind\, and let the songs of ancient Israel reshape your desire for God.
